Shipments

We offer free standard shipping in Italy.

We do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible. Due to the unique and hand printed nature of our items, and the quantity of orders we receive, please allow approximately 2-3 days for your order to be created and then shipped. All orders are packed with great care and will arrive packaged as a beautiful gift.

Your package will be shipped from Pergine Valsugana, Trentino Alto Adige or from one of our European printing partners to the address that appears on your order.

Please make sure your address details are up to date and complete before placing your order. Parcels shipped within Italy will be sent by courier or Italian post and will include tracking details (which you will receive in your shipping confirmation email). Packages sent outside Italy are not sent with tracking. If there are any problems with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery times vary depending on where you are and the period in which the order is placed. There may be slight delays during the holidays. In general, deliveries should arrive as follows (this timeline is detailed above, after processing times):

• Italy standard shipping at 5 € for purchases under 50 €, Free shipping with purchases over 50 €:
• - All collections: 5 to 6 working days (2 processing + 5 shipping), possibility of purchasing Express shipping (48 hours) (2 processing + 2 shipping) with the addition of €10.00
• International Shipping - 10 to 20 business days.

• Rates calculated according to the country of destination.

Depending on where you are, deliveries may also be affected by customs and taxes.

Refund Policy

We can only accept returns under special circumstances. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and hope that all of our customers are happy and satisfied. For very reasonable cause we offer a refund if you return your item to us within 30 days (sender pays for postage and packaging).
